After somehow managing to wipe an entire drive that happened to contain many extremely important work documents, Dan came out at 11pm on a Sunday night, was able to recover the data and even set up software to automatically backup critical folders every day, to another drive.

Dan fixed an issue I had with my PC that had been lingering for some time causing me frustration and lost productivity.
